Europe Day 2024 was also marked in the northern capital of the country - Bălți municipality! In 2024, Europe Day was marked under the slogan "FREEDOM, PEACE, PROSPERITY - EUROPE IS YOU!". The centre of Balti was the meeting place for thousands of people who want Europe at home. Visitors to the European Village in Balti enjoyed an interactive fair where projects funded by the European Union were presented. Visitors learned about the areas of assistance offered to the Republic of Moldova and how they directly benefit citizens.
