Saket ji, Raheja Builder even cheated in Affordable housing Scheme in Sohna Haryana. Atleast in G.Noida build constructed but Raheja took all money from buyer and did not do any construction. I can share more detail.

Sanket has raised a valid issue, but Noida Authority is under mafia and plagued with corruption. The 10% rule under Mayawati created this issue. Govt should do a one-time settlement on a case-by-case basis bcos no single system will work for all. A tri party agreement bw authority, builder and unit owner should be done for units where builder pays the outstanding amount without interest and unit owner pays additional one-time charges for registration.

My suggestion is also cover property rates and n Greater Noida and Noida which is hyping by Property Mafias ii n Greater Noida 60mtr Authority house circle rate are 35000 sqmtr but Here builders and dealers are selling it for 1.25lakh sqmtr..... Common people are not able to buy houses here cause financers and builders are Mafias... They asked 50lakh in cash which is not possible for common working man... please make video on this topic also... Regards

Sanket ji, I would like to invite you to raheja vedaanta society in sector 108 Gurgaon, to show the condition. It looks like it ll fall soon , post falling of the building only administration will come into action like chintels Paradiso. Pls make a report on raheja Atharva and vedaanta in sector 108. You can find many other builders in gurgaon to cover larger impacted families.

I am working in this industry for the past 5 years and that's why we avoid Noida and Greater Noida for this reason. As a responsible person we cannot guarantee people buying the homes if they ever get their registry done. But still people buy the houses on the hope that they will see it. The "jo hoga dekhenge attitude" is still prevalent in the people buying the houses in Noida and Greater Noida. I don't know why they do this....... This is not a case for Gurgaon as all the land are freehold and even their RWA can get it registered if they are not getting it done by builder.
All home buyers in these project can now collectively go to court as govt is failed in providing home buyer their ownership.
Thanks for highlighting it, it seems the solution made is for the election, for what is said was there before also. The society I stay at has 25% flats registered few years back for partial payment, then what is new recommendations. Most of the Builders are not interested in paying further to get flats registered

Those who paid to builder more than 5years back and no revival in last two years, there is iota probability to get these house delivered as no agency working for revival and middle men of builder would work against unity of homebuyers to keep these projects as such.
Bank getting EMIs, builders able to sell similar dreams to new homebuyers and sell getting sky rocketed and BJP getting votes with freebies, I don't see any incentive for these people ro work as builder is able to meet private needs of these stakeholders.
Enjoy cosy bedding during this winter season with a cup of tea & ragi biscuit and try to forget this bad dream of home at earliest.
