- Hello Everyone!! In this ASMR video we will do a guided meditation for mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep.
There are gentle hand movements, some up close camera touches, occasional hand sounds, body scan, guided breathing, and it is primarily soft spoken with occasional whispers.

Mindfulness... It has been a recurring theme in the past few weeks on some ASMR channels. hehe
Mindfulness meditation is a powerful tool, especially for reducing anxiety and stress. Due to the latter and its accessible nature, it fits well within the context of ASMR.
I really enjoy your guided meditations; your velvety voice easily takes me to places where I can relax and dream. The power of imagination, of traveling within your mind, is something that has always fascinated me and fuels many of my writings.

Loved this, feel relaxed and calm as always. A funny thing though, sometimes it sounds like a aquarium in the background, the filter and pump thingy...not disturbing at all.

@@MorikaASMR Feel better was the easy part. Funny enough, since getting treatment for diabetes, my vision has been corrected (almost) For reference, I’ve had prescription glasses since the 7th grade. I say almost because I use to be near sighted but now I can see everything normally except a couple of inches from my face. Which is a lot better than a couple of weeks ago when my near vision was so bad I couldn’t even read my phone from arms length stretch as far as I could reach.
