Ito yung hindi naiintidihan ng ibang fans why some highly recruited HS players from Palaro opted to go to schools na malalim na yung bench or mataas yung level of competition to be in the first six which results to being a second stringer na lang pagdating ng collegiate league. It's the QUALITY OF EDUCATION that the school can give them. Kahit hindi ka starting 6 but the mere fact you studied and finished from the most prestigious schools in the Philippines - is a big plus factor for you to be hired by good companies or employers. It's your edge amongst other applicants vying for the position you're applying for once you decided to go on corporate world kung ayaw mo na mag-volleyball. kaya 'wag natin sisihin yung mga players bakit yun ang pinili nilang school kahit maraming nag-offer sa kanila. :)
I agree. Tsaka if they really want to focus sa studies then they're at an advantage kasi they'll get a volleyball scholarship but they won't be too pressured kasi di sila starter.
@@yourmajesty7604 yes.sometimes even if they didn’t choose to play for the school na and mag-focus na lang sa studies, nareretain pa din nila yun scholarship nila at nakakapagtapos pa sila. Wag sana alisin ng ibang die hard fans yung pagkakataon ng mga players na makapag-aral at makapagtapos sila sa dream school nila. tandaan, STUDENT-ATHLETE sila, and nauuna ang title na student kaysa sa pagiging athlete. Kung pang first six talaga sila or pang superstar level performance sila, let their talent shine. ☺️
@@christiankennethbinayug562 true. Andaming players na di kasali sa first six pero grabe yung success sa academics. They were able to attain quality education and graduate from a reputable school through their talent kaya meron na silang 2 magandang career options.
Also, this pandemic has proved na hindi gaanong kastable yung pagiging pro athlete. Kailangan talaga may back-up plan ka.
True. Isang factor na din na yung mga bata mismo ang may gusto na pumasok sa DLSU. Also, upfront naman ang coaches na hindi lahat may chance na makapasok sa team, pero they chose to stay. Sure,madami pa ibang schools na dekalidad din ang standard. Malaki pa din yung opportunity nila na ma-hire ng mga magagandang companies. They also have the potential to become starters sa team, pero decision na din ng mga bata na maghintay dahil na rin siguro kahit paano, may chance sila. Ang vb, di naman pang-habang buhay, pero yung education, yan ang di mawawala.

alam na alam talaga ni Coach Ramil De Jesus kung papaano ang tamang pagre-recruit kasi hindi siya tulad ng ibang University na ang daming pangako. Kumbaga si CRDJ sinabi niya lang talaga na Quality of Education. Plus hindi dahil high caliber si May Luna noong high school eh ibig sabihin aamuhin talaga siya ni CRDJ at bibigyan ng special treatment. Pinapakita lang talaga ni CRDJ na siya ang dabest Coach sa generation ngayon at may pinaka-magandang system.

The problem is ang loaded ng la salle kaya hindi sha masyado nagamit I think👌. Siguro kung sa ibang school sha kung san sha magagamit tlga mas lumakas sha and maganda pa maippakita nya. That's the problem sa ibang players pag super duper loaded na ung team eh madalang ka mabibigyan playing time. Like ngeon ang loaded ulit ng dlsu. Sana nag FEU or UE ung iba, but that's their choice na din kasiii. Pero kelan ba tlga UAAP????? Naunahan pa sila NCAA juskolord.
Not a die hard fan of Ateneo pero what if nag Ateneo itong batang ito. At par din naman ang quality of education.
