I've said this a few times before in other videos, but i think it bears repeating: I'm glad and grateful for all your efforts in making these videos to share the words on all kinds of Indie games to help out the little guys. Ones from 2024 that i would definitely recommend, are Decline's Drops, Magenta Horizon: Neverending Harvest, Loco Motive and Zet Zillions. With some mentions to PRIM, BLUD, Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip and Harold Halibut.
@@ispudy Glad that someone else checked the recommendations out, and even more so that they appeal for you! I could mention a number of other indies too if you're interested. What kind of games do you usually like?
Finally, some recognition of the narrative jewels we had last year. 1000xRESIST is probably the best written game to come out not only of the year, but going a few further back.
@@ClemmyGames oh wow, that's disappointing that 170k+ subs isn't enough to provide a living. great work as always & I hope your creative work can eventually take care of any financial responsibilities as well.
My biggest disappointment was Dungeons of Hinterburg - it is absolutely gorgeous and the combat while not providing anything new is serviceable, the almost complete lack of exploration and excessive hand-holding were both complete turnoffs for me. I'm also relatively slow to go through games so I still haven't played the bigger indie releases of 2024 like Animal Well and Nine Sols, but I'm really looking forward to them. Also, I really appreciate you and your channel - it has opened up a whole new world of gaming for me when so much of it from the AA/AAA seems stale.

you work very hard , i respect the hustle. if you don't mind me asking, does this channel provide enough income by itself to live independently?
It's not my full time thing as of yet. I still have to work a day job

neva, rotwood. windblown, kill knight, touhou hero of ice fairy, ravenswatch.
I knew balatro would get #1
This might be a hot take but I dont think 2D games should be labeled as Souls-likes
1 deckbuilder of 101 games, huh
mm
At risk of sounding ungrateful - no Steam links?! Man I gotta type a little bit!
Sometimes, you don't really appreciate something until it's gone
They explained in the video, there is a character limit in the description is they put the links in a pdf form.
@@creepygirl1006 Thank you creepy! I appreciate it. Haven't yet had time to watch
