- We show how to use Maltego in Kali Linux to gather open source intelligence on a company or person. Specifically, we analyze the DFIR.Science domain to find any related users or other information.
The gathered information can be used either to attack a victim organization, or - in our case - to find what information is publicly available, and removing anything that should not be public.

I use Maltego CE,I'm registered and I installed all modules,but no transforms appears when I click the icon of the graph(ask for email adress,I do it but no results...)??
How does this program create connections? Does it crawl through the internet and find all related entities to the starting node?
How do you get Transforms.?
I put my email and it does nothing. Does it need Gmail API? Can it find email associations? I mean which website an email has been used to register?
I registered but never got any key for the tool. But I am able to use the tool.
I am trying to develop a page for our procurement team that can allow them to simply enter a potential vendor name and see if they’ve been involved in a breach. Do you offer something that can help us with this?

using maltego. after finding a ip adres, can you locate the adres from the ip..?
Yes, you can roughly estimate the location by using one of the transformers.
Glampkoo thank you. no exact location but estimate. what should i think about ..? radius of 1-3-5 km / miles
@@7sumarian121 IPs won't help you get an exact address of someone, only if you're law enforcement with a permit or NSA idk. You could get a region and maybe a city but that's about it.
I figured it out Paul Wood has me on a Conspiracy. With these four Intelligences: 1. Open Source intelligence 2. Imagery Intelligence 3. Signals Intelligence ( Police, Firefighters, Ambulance, City Bus Drivers ) 4. Human Intelligence ( Theres always Stalkers and Harassers around town and at work. Its ok because im still innocent because She consented and we both were horney and we were married.

In most countries you are free to collect information that is publicly available. Normally, using the information is what is protected. For example, if you found someone's password on a public forum, that is fine to see and copy. But if you log into their account with that password, that is probably illegal.

There is a community edition that is free. It has a lot of features and you can add your own plugins. There is also a paid commercial edition and a plug-in marketplace.

Maltego is the ugliest, most bloated piece of software i have ever seen.
