    Was the NCDC created to give players from the Northeast US more exposure? The Northeast used to just be EJHL. I guess it was not good enough, and they created USPHL. And now there is NCDC.

      NCDC & EJHL fall under a very similar staff. Think of the NCDC as the new EJHL

    Does NAHL teams pay for their players’s billet fees as well as their equipment such as skates and expensive stuff? Thanks

    • @ahadvising8
      @ahadvising8  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes most of them pay for all that stuff!

      @ahadvising8  ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably not the wheels, they might give you a better deal though. It would all depend on the specific team and how good you are!

    Do leagues actually have size minimums and maximums for recruitment? Or do they have different reffing standards that allows more physical play?

    • @ahadvising8
      @ahadvising8  ปีที่แล้ว

      There are no size differences, some leagues have a different culture and reputation around how they are and that is how the games carry out. There’s no specific reffing standards as they should be the same across the board and based on referee regulations.

    Would the NCDC west be pretty similar to the rest of the NCDC? Heard there was some good talent on the west

    • @ahadvising8
      @ahadvising8  ปีที่แล้ว

      We made a video on it, feel free to check it out. But yes they’ll be similar, probably a bit lower down in caliber to start

    • @ahadvising8

      Yes so major Jr. teams give out stipends (not much but a bit), and some players sign sponsorship deals. Because of this, it makes them ineligible for NCAA Hockey. All other Jr. Leagues do their best to keep players under amateur status. That being said, the model may shift in the near future to allow hockey players to get paid like they do in football

    Do players move through ncdc to the to nahl and USHL? Is there a progression possibility there?

    • @ahadvising8
      @ahadvising8  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great question! I would say that its unlikely a player is able to progress that much in just a couple years. However, you do see progressions from NCDC to NAHL and NAHL to USHL, but not NCDC-NAHL-USHL!

    The NOJHL is #1. Yeah the other leagues might have more talent but the NOJHL teams would just beat up the teams from those other leagues. Lol.

      Physically sure, but the BCHL would rack up 10+ goals on all of those teams.

    • @drake1444
      @drake1444 ปีที่แล้ว

      The NAHL and BCHL are the most comparable with the NCDC just below in terms of overall skills. EHL and USPHL Premier are most comparable to all the others in this video. Tbh, the CCHL would be more comparable the NA3HL, GMHL or the elite levels of the EHL or USPHL.

    • @ahadvising8
      @ahadvising8  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not exactly, if you watched these leagues, you would notice a striking difference in terms of caliber and overall scouting. The CCHL has many more D1 & high end D3 commits than the other tier 2 leagues. What’s more, the BCHL & NAHL are a good step above the NCDC in terms of caliber and commits as well
