Out of 19 years of my career I have spent more than 13 years with JSPL. During my stint with JSPL, I got many opportunities with other reputed conglomerates… but did not switch over… not because I did not crack those offers… but for the simple reason that I have full faith in JSPL and in foresight… vision of our Chairman Mr. Naveen Jindal. During my tenure I have seen so many ups and down… which is normal for any large size company… but at the same time I have also witnessed incredible transformation of the entire group… how we overcame obstacles… almost rose from the ashes. His death in helicopter crash may be the curse, as in 1970, he had slapped and kicked a brahmin employee for no fault of his own, at Satrod plant being established. In fact It was the culmination of false complaint by furnace engineer. Even engineers like R.G Garg, S.K. Jain, Engineer Luthra, R.P. Jindal, Architect Ashok Nayyar and a Kashmiri engineer felt bad for that brahmin employee. Eventually the humiliated employee left the company some days later
