Nice one lads! Might be useful for newbies to understand tidal coefficient? On spring tides (big difference between high and low water) there will be more water moving therefore more current. On neap tides (smaller difference between high and low water) there will be smaller currents. On neap tides it is easier to return to the shore where you got in. Could be useful to know before you go shore diving?
