creative art journal with me | collage style

It's been a while since I journaled. The past few weeks have been strange to say the least. I decided to do this quick collage type of journaling for #2020CreativeJournalingChallenge's main theme for the month - mental health.
Part of the reason why I haven't posted is because I found myself comparing my work/productivity levels to others' (yet again). So I laid low, not really creating but distracted myself with some admin work, and watching vlogs and kdrama (TKEM fan right here! xD).
All that time not journaling made me miss it, so here we are! Found these phrases from a magazine and wanted to do a collage style sun spread inspired by what sunrise means to me: hope, new chances/beginnings and the gift of life.
