As per section 2(70) Prospectus is any document described or issued as prospectus which includes Red herring prospectus referred in section 32 and Shelf prospectus referred in section 31 which includes invitation of offer through notice, advertisement, circular or any other document for subscription or purchase of securities of body corporate by the public.
