Please stop posting about this program, very few can get accepted as you have to have a following of thousands, you covered this last month, and it doesn't work for any country other than U.S. - It's like 5% of ppl who watch this video can actually use the program you're talking about.
Just because this particular method isn't for you doesn't mean it's not for others. I understand that you are having fatigue seen method after method that you can't take advantage of. Let me ask you this. What country are you from and what do you want to know? Maybe I know something that may help you or maybe I don't.
It's only available in US but if you know how to talk in English you can apply. Also even if you don't have a good amount of followers in any social media, you can build it pretty quickly, especially tiktok. You can pick up a niche and repost viral videos from that niche. I get crazy with something so easy to make money and people still finding objections and obstacles... People are really making 3000 plus very easy with this thing just by posting a video review of a product, most of the time you already have in your home...

I always check out those product videos before buying and this seems like something really worth taking the time to experiment with. I applied for onsite over 6 weeks ago - still haven't heard anything, but crossing my fingers I can get in before the end of the year. As much as I hate the "increased competition" videos like this inevitably bring, I appreciate you sharing your strategy - love the spreadsheet idea!
The increased competition might not be as bad as you think. Literally, millions of products, each with 6 video opportunities and more products (thousands?) being added every single day. I've done retail arbitrage with Amazon, as well as the Associates program, and this one looks the most promising. I got instantly approved for the first step and started to upload lots of vids, anticipating being approved for that coveted "additional onsite placement." But I was told by Amazon after about 3 weeks to remove all my vids and start the approval process for that second step again. I deleted them all and just up'd 3 unboxing vids. So, hopefully, I'll get approved soon (I deleted and re up'd around December 26). Also, I saw that Walmart is about to start up a beta of their own influencer program, as well. I'm assuming Target is around the corner. Spencer, thanks for being so open and honest in your vids. I heard about this program from this vid of yours, and I'm SO anxious about getting approved for the second step and to start uploading (though, having worked with Amazon for so long on other programs, I DO have a slightly different way to research the right products ;). Anyway, thanks again for the introduction to this. It's been a while that I've actually been excited about a new opportunity like this.

Hey bud, do yourself a favor. Only upload 3 videos until you are approved for the influencer on-site commissions stage. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting denied, then moved to the back of the waiting list.

This a very informative video, but when I applied with an Instagram account with 1,495 followers and around 110 likes and 15 comments per post, it immediately denied me and said I was not eligible. I was really disappointed because I have no other social media accounts that are bigger. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

My first 3 videos got approved after a few days. I've now uploaded videos for 11 products and plan to do 4 more tomorrow. After 30 days i'll check to see if i've made anything and report back here with an update. Good luck to everyone thats giving this a try.

30 Day Update: I originally thought my first 3 videos were approved but i found the creator hub page and see where it says their in review, live and learn. Anyhow, Its been 30 days since i uploaded those first few videos so i've got a bit more waiting to do. Looks like people are saying it takes around 45 days so i'll check again in a few weeks and update then :-)
Day 37 Update: Well i finally heard back and i was rejected. Looks like in 1 of the videos they reviewed i mentioned what i paid for the product and thats against their terms. I had to delete All of my videos to try again. This time i just uploaded 3. I'll be back in another 6 weeks with hopefully some good news :-)
I just checked my account, and it's finally fully approved to make the commissions! I started the account November 23rd, so it took 5.5 weeks. (felt like months, lol)
I’ve applied and got approved a month ago but my products still haven’t been shown on product pages. It still says my 3 videos are under review and that it was supposed to take a few days but it’s been 4 weeks now
I also plan to upload the videos to TH-cam and tag the product with my affiliate link. I still think there are people that search TH-cam for product reviews and I think this could be an additional stream of revenue. Once you generate a regular stream of income, you can purchase additional products to review from that income. I say, turn around and resell those as used on Amazon to recoup some of your cost.
Amazon would take a big chunk of those resells....I would do ebay and sell it for a little less than retail and just make sure to put in, "never used, just opened the box" in the description.
Have 2.3k and same was not accepted, his video only applies to ppl with like 10k+ followers it's sad hardly anyone I've read in the comments has been accepted. It's misleading.

You have a following. I applied with my TH-cam, Instagram, FB. Instantly denied. No review process. Just sees no following. You have a following of course they let you. It’s called the influencer program. 99.9% of people are not influencers
They want to teach it, or coach it in some way. If they have tens of thousands to spend on it, they can build it up to look like its a goldmine. But if Amazon doesnt want this thing ruined, they will let less & less people in right now. If not the flood of hungry people will saturate it quickly. And theres other factors that come into play, such as customers awareness of the influencer program, & the trust of the paid reviewers. If too many people flood the review videos & come off as youtube make money enthusiasts, rather than customers themselves, the real customers will stop clicking the videos by influencers. That aspect is something very few even know exists. Its huge on amazon too as the customers are trained to review hunt.
I added three videos and got approved within a week. The videos are 2-3 minutes long and pretty good quality. I then received a message on the dashboard saying " Your videos don't meet our video quality bar to be shown on placements outside your storefront" which is strange as they are better than the ones on the products??? They say delete and start again. Have you faced that issue @buildapreneur
Have been accepted into the influencer program, but still waiting to get the video unlock. 9 videos are up and going to continue to build until I do accepted.

I made an account right after watching this video and it was approved instantly. I live in Canada and used my Instagram which has slightly under 5K followers and I only post to my account once a year.
iv been sharing an amazon with my family, am i going to have to get that account approved in order to be a verified purchase on products i review? i think i already got my personal account verified so hopefully that's not important lol
When I first came across this method I was discouraged when I found out that none of my social accounts made me eligible for this program. Then I thought I can buy an Instagram account online, I just did and with the 8k followers this account has, I've just reapplied and gotten accepted in the influencer program, paid 75$
Once we've submitted our 3 uploads how do we know when those are approved? I noticed mine got a couple of clicks yesterday but I'm not sure if that was just me clicking on them from within my dashboard.
You did forget to mention that once you post your first 3 videos it usually takes 6 weeks to get accepted into the program. And if you end up not getting accepted they tell you to delete all your videos and try again.

there was initial investment, you just didn't feel it because you usually buy stuff from amazon. being from a third world country, amazon is rarely used and item cost much more when converted.
Oh Ive tried this stuff but as I believe I dont have a bank account in USA Amazon cant pay me. Any idea how to open a bank account in USA without being there. Ive also tried to set up with bank accounts from Brazil and Chile but theyre not supported
Hey, I'm having an issue where specific videos will get disapproved over and over for "The video contains prices, advertising information, discount promises or information that is limited in time" I have 47 approved videos but just a few right now that will not go through. I have re-edited and resubmitted the videos multiple times. Listened and made sure nothing is wrong. Have you run into this issue, and if so, how did you solve it?
An easy way to get a flag is name brand clothing or objects able to be identified in the background associated with another company. I would try to limit the amount of objects that are in your videos. Also, if you are doing unboxing videos, you are not allowed to display the amazon logo. Hope this helps!
When you say products up to two years old do you mean products you've purchased in the last two years, or products that have been on Amazon for less than two years? Please elaborate, I'm confused.
I got approved yesterday, and have a few videos up…but my videos are all showing down in the related videos section. Is that normal? I applied Mid November. Made $2 in the first 24 hours with only 3 videos up! UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I was approved to earn commission. I added more video's two days ago....I have 8 videos posted and have made $12.94...I can see how this will be amazing the more videos I get up! THANK YOU!!!
@@isabellasneves i used Instagram and I have almost 4k followers. I had to use my photography business for it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been approved. Hoping that doesn’t bite me later but we will see!
@@typarkin1790 as of today at $190 in sales with about 30 videos. Consistently about $7 a day all mainly with the same 2 products that are very popular. I took a break from videos for about a week and a half but am going to add more this week. I can see the potential this has for sure! Especially with the right product. A lot of my video's were for cheaper products so the commission isn't huge. Hope that helps!

Hey man, I have a question for you if you have time to read this: I currently have a TikTok page I started a couple of weeks ago. I have around 20k followers. The problem is, I only make spooky videos in my backyard, and probably wouldn't meet the "influencer criteria". I am thinking of growing my channel a little more and then deleting all my videos. I'd then repurpose my TikTok as a review page. I'm sure this would cause a lot of people to unfollow, but I'm sure some of them would stay. After posting for a couple more months, I'm hoping I could keep my following and apply for the Amazon program. Is this a terrible idea or is it worth a shot?
@@shannononeill4794 I actually got it off of my first video that went really viral. Maybe it was luck, idk. Just spent a night or two looking into how the algorithm works and then targeted a video towards it, and it did a lot better than I had thought. Never even used TikTok before this. I'm still kinda surprised by it.
I think deleting your video will hurt you through TikTok in some way. I would just open another account with them and build it up again. Also, I think you could use your account the way it is. They are looking for those that can make others follow them. I am just guessing here.

When I applied with my Instagram and Facebook accounts. I got a message that said it has to be a business page connected to the account.

Got denied with over 500 Instagram followers. Curious to know if anyone with less than 1K has actually been accepted?

They want to teach it, or coach it in some way. If they have tens of thousands to spend on it, they can build it up to look like its a goldmine. But if Amazon doesnt want this thing ruined, they will let less & less people in right now. If not the flood of hungry people will saturate it quickly. And theres other factors that come into play, such as customers awareness of the influencer program, & the trust of the paid reviewers. If too many people flood
the review videos & come off as youtube make money enthusiasts, rather than customers themselves, the real customers will stop clicking the videos by influencers. That aspect is something very few even know exists. Its huge on amazon too as the customers are trained to review hunt.

I added three videos and got approved within a week. The videos are 2-3 minutes long and pretty good quality. I then received a message on the dashboard saying " Your videos don't meet our video quality bar to be shown on placements outside your storefront" which is strange as they are better than the ones on the products??? They say delete and start again. Have you faced that issue @buildapreneur

When I first came across this method I was discouraged when I found out that none of my social accounts made me eligible for this program. Then I thought I can buy an Instagram account online, I just did and with the 8k followers this account has, I've just reapplied and gotten accepted in the influencer program, paid 75$

You did forget to mention that once you post your first 3 videos it usually takes 6 weeks to get accepted into the program. And if you end up not getting accepted they tell you to delete all your videos and try again.

there was initial investment, you just didn't feel it because you usually buy stuff from amazon. being from a third world country, amazon is rarely used and item cost much more when converted.
I love this, just hate the thought of giving Amazon so much power over my content and income. They are known for screwing their affiliates.
Oh Ive tried this stuff but as I believe I dont have a bank account in USA Amazon cant pay me. Any idea how to open a bank account in USA without being there. Ive also tried to set up with bank accounts from Brazil and Chile but theyre not supported
I think you could have a us account with transferwise (now called simply Wise). It lets you have an account in every country

Hey, I'm having an issue where specific videos will get disapproved over and over for "The video contains prices, advertising information, discount promises or information that is limited in time"
I have 47 approved videos but just a few right now that will not go through. I have re-edited and resubmitted the videos multiple times. Listened and made sure nothing is wrong.
Have you run into this issue, and if so, how did you solve it?
An easy way to get a flag is name brand clothing or objects able to be identified in the background associated with another company. I would try to limit the amount of objects that are in your videos. Also, if you are doing unboxing videos, you are not allowed to display the amazon logo. Hope this helps!
When you say products up to two years old do you mean products you've purchased in the last two years, or products that have been on Amazon for less than two years? Please elaborate, I'm confused.
I got approved yesterday, and have a few videos up…but my videos are all showing down in the related videos section. Is that normal? I applied Mid November. Made $2 in the first 24 hours with only 3 videos up! UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I was approved to earn commission. I added more video's two days ago....I have 8 videos posted and have made $12.94...I can see how this will be amazing the more videos I get up! THANK YOU!!!

@@typarkin1790 as of today at $190 in sales with about 30 videos. Consistently about $7 a day all mainly with the same 2 products that are very popular. I took a break from videos for about a week and a half but am going to add more this week. I can see the potential this has for sure! Especially with the right product. A lot of my video's were for cheaper products so the commission isn't huge. Hope that helps!

Has anyone gotten "stuck" at the first 3 video approval? I've gotten rejected despite following all the rules and making really informative 2min videos on the real product. I don't understand why as I've looked at other videos on Amazon and I feel like mine are generally more informative and the video quality is fine.

I currently have a TikTok page I started a couple of weeks ago. I have around 20k followers. The problem is, I only make spooky videos in my backyard, and probably wouldn't meet the "influencer criteria".
I am thinking of growing my channel a little more and then deleting all my videos. I'd then repurpose my TikTok as a review page. I'm sure this would cause a lot of people to unfollow, but I'm sure some of them would stay. After posting for a couple more months, I'm hoping I could keep my following and apply for the Amazon program. Is this a terrible idea or is it worth a shot?

@@shannononeill4794 I actually got it off of my first video that went really viral. Maybe it was luck, idk. Just spent a night or two looking into how the algorithm works and then targeted a video towards it, and it did a lot better than I had thought. Never even used TikTok before this. I'm still kinda surprised by it.
I think deleting your video will hurt you through TikTok in some way. I would just open another account with them and build it up again.
Also, I think you could use your account the way it is. They are looking for those that can make others follow them. I am just guessing here.
