- The Okavango Delta is one of the richest ecosystems on earth, but most of its creatures are rarely seen by human eyes. They hide beneath the surface, in the intricate underwater world of the Delta. Fearsome hippos and man-eating crocodiles guard these waters, and diving here is considered extremely dangerous. Few humans have ever ventured below the surface, until now.

Outstanding documentary on a very seldom seen explosion of life and death, in this normally unseen world, it’s surprising that anything living in the water ever lives long enough to grow up, but then, that shows the extreme numbers in which life exist there. Interesting from beginning to end. Filming outstanding with equally outstanding narration. Thank you Real Wild for this documentary.

ALSO, I rest everyday, and if you add up the hours I rest per week, it comes to more than the 16 hours of rest that I would get on a Sunday. Me and G got our own thing man. I cash in those hours on Sunday, because that’s when I have to take my mistress to play poker and bingo.

That poor baby elephant. I know the rule is not to interfere, but I can’t help but wish for human intervention. It’s going to be so hard for him to eat and drink without his trunk once he gets larger and is farther away from the ground.

Crocodile is so scary
Those Tigerfish are tiny, see the one that Jeremy Wade caught, heh was like 40 lbs and 3 feet long. A LOT different than 15" fish.

Idk what it is for me but just being under water creeps me out its quiet kinda cloudy looking kinda eerie i could never just swim without thinking a shark or something is following me 😂 i know if i ever encountered 1 i would scream under water fill my lungs with water n have a heart attack which is why u stay on land 👍🏽😂but i love learning bout animals and the ocean we really have no idea whats really down there thats so crazy n intriguing but not enough for me to explore lol

There's no way the Okavango delta wouldn't have billions and billions of oil barrels. These divers can get away with exploring the Okavango tributaries because they are not really infested with Crocs like Kongo and Zambezi rivers.

They dive early in the morning before 10am when the temperature is low. Crocs are lethargic during these hours and do not hunt
