That pastor cannot be trusted.as a gesture of goodwill he should have allowed her to keep the money but because she won't sleep with him he's making her pay. I can't understand why she didn't just leave the church.

My church never does that. I mean if it's a small church of maybe 20 people, I can see that. But how/why do they care if someone has scattered attendance?

Why are you telling her to "just pay the money back" when she's telling you that he endlessly calls her and disrupts her life? Especially after you JUST said you didn't think he ever explicitly told her this was a loan before those text messages? If *ANYTHING*, you should have told her to just go to the police for harassment. Not pay the money back after you said in open court you didn't think she should have to pay.
