Honestly, NTR knight is one of the units that I really wish to have the most due to how unique her kit is. S2 being a free (but a little slow) no deployment slot unit and S3 summon and true damage just screams "fun to use" IMO 😌👌
Using her with IS aspd relics is so much fun. Her skill 3 just shreds bosses (that arent the bear or samivilin and other enemies that are giant and cant be blocked) and her s2 is just really useful.
I don't really use her for general content, but she's been perfect against H13-4 whip guys, because of her true damage, and against the elite guys that stun in the 4 tiles around them, because her summon can block them instead of her.
s2 is probably the best skill in the entire game just because of how much i use her as a flex unit when i'm confused on what to use on blind runs those texalt has kinda replaced it for me but i still use it for bosses
To me, she is a decent M9 candidate like saria. What i mean is, despite how good saria is hailed by a lot of doktahs, i have been going by just fine without her for 2 years. I did get her later and even E2 her, and guess what? it doesn't change my view and usage on her. Saria is good, but not good enough to force me into picking her 24/7. Ofc there are perfect occasion for me to use saria (the DOS S-2) but its because i was following guides so aside from that i rarely pick saria, if ever. I think this is how most people see The Radiant Knight. While all of her skill are considered good, she is well balanced operator and is not good enough to warrant a permanent slot (looking at you, mlynar). Her module doesn't help either... Why can't they just give her " +20% atk to all kazimier operator when this unit skill is active" or something? Anyway, she is damn cool and powerful enough for challenge content so she is in a good spot 👍

Out of all the non meta niche units, I use NTR Knight quite often. She's not broken, but she's far from useless.
