Where I now live there are towers all over and I'm a small town guy anyways. The land amounts to 20,000 square feet, just under half an acre for those unfamiliar with meters and hectares. Being an active retired guy whose hobby is collecting and restoring vintage motorcycles I see a lot of potential in a place like this (a great work and storage area!). I love the fact that this property is close to the village. I go out for coffee and a breakfast snack every morning to plan what I will do for the day--We all have our rituals. I priced a habitation license on a property I was interested in recently and it worked out at roughly 1.3% of the property value, plus legal fees. Don't treat this as cast in stone - as you say, each case is different, but it could serve as a rough guideline. This is a nice little plot - out of curiosity are there any buildings on the neighbouring plots ? If so, that could open up options for habitation away from the electricity pole. It is a nice piece of land and saw it for sale months ago by a real estate agent. Too bad about the electricity cables that hang over the buildings. The owner would like to sell it and acceptable lower offer he will accept I think.

Most likely just for weed killer around the building. These little farmers eat a lot of what they produce, so they wouldn't be spraying the fruit or olives.

You've heard something we never have! Our village is very friendly and there are quite a few foreigners living here. All the locals are very welcoming.
4th con - It's not a house it's an agricultural building foor storage & would be illegal to live in. 5th con - A constantly barking dog ruining your peace & quiet.
