    5 Modifications of Mind:-
    1- Correct Knowledge
    2- Incorrect Knowledge
    3- Imagination
    4- Sleep
    5- Memory
    Out of these, correct Knowledge is only true modification of mind. Mind is bound to have pain and pleasure with these modifications.
    Two tools which were used by ancient sages and today also to stay in Correct Knowledge modification of mind is:-
    1- Tireless Endeavour( Athak Parishram - Restrain of mind ) - Use Zenyoga free triffles in everyday of life.
    2- Non Attachement
    Main blocks of achieving Meditation state:-
    1- Bodily Disability ( Regular Exercise)
    2- Mental Inertia
    3- Wrong Questioning

    Tireless endeavor and Non-attachment are the two keys to change modifications of our Brain. 5 Modifications are: 1) Correct knowledge (Most important one) 2) Incorrect knowledge 3) Sleep 4) Imagination (watching ott stuff and imagining things in our head) and lastly 5) Memory.

    -The 2 things that control your brain & also the secret to freedom-
    The goal of spirituality is to come closer to the divinity whenever there is a barrage of Dukha in your life.
    -Why is there pain when someone very close dies?
    Mind is subjected to pain & pleasure
    -What are the 5 modifications of mind? Which is the most important out of them and why?
    1.Correct knowledge (Intelligence)
    2.incorrect knowledge (misunderstanding, galat femi hona)
    3.sleep
    4.imagination
    5.memory
    Most important is correct knowledge but why?
    If you can learn to come back from other modifications to correct knowledge then you will get to know the real worth of this world.
    That's why Krishna and maharishi Raman never get sad or depressed. Because they know it's all temporary just a play of Maya.
    That is the biggest illusion in the world before us, as this universe is temporary but we see it as permanent which is the cause of our suffering.
    And the thing which is permanent we don't even think exists.
    Only one thing is a permanent divine fragment. And that is not even in our thoughts or bias or curiosity or imagination.
    If someone dies before Raman he will say it's only the physical body the main essence is still here the atman, as it never dies.
    Our mind can do-
    Examination
    Discriminative participation
    Inspiration ( finds its purpose)
    Identification (it experiences)
    We can do all these things if we can stop and control notifications.
    -How to control these modifications of your mind?
    There are two tools by which you can control
    1. Tireless endeavor (our brain is not natural, it's animalistic, so it has a habit of incessant thoughts, emotions, & body. It must be trained. It means to bring your mind back if you mind gets lost in any memory or thought you just bring it back ASAP. You domesticate it, tame it. Tell it you remain in the present moment only. Use your free will in the trifles of life. Else you will get distracted. Dukh manifest like this.
    2. Non attachment (you are attached to body & mind through emotions not the ultimate reality)
    We fail in the endeavour of our life because it's not Sufficiently Valued. Only then we put in the necessary effort, you will practice for hours and hours. Even before getting the result you will get peace of mind, calmness, coz you know you have given it all.
    -Blocks that prevent your mind from achieving? The obstacle to soul cognition(meditation)?
    1. Bodily disability (Like being fat by overeating, no exercise & yoga etc)
    2. Mental inertia
    3. Wrong Questioning (God why you did this, why me?)
    Right question is how to go beyond death. Not crying over it or accusing God or playing blame games.
    4. Carelessness, laziness, procrastination.
    5. Lack of dispassion(Vairagya)
    Must be detached to the things(Body & mind) you are attached with.
    That's why Buddha took vairagya.
    6. Erroneous Perception.
    Things like sex, alcohol, nasha. It clouds your perception.
    7. Inability to achieve concentration.
    Whenever you learn something or read something or watch something you are practicing your concentration power by staying with it for some time, so keep increasing its time, to achieve flow state. It's like a fire. 🔥
    -You need to be aware of these blocks & bypass them.

    5. Non futuristic
    6. Overthinking or repeated thinking or anxiety or unconscious state (can be healed by sleep or subconscious state or dreaming state and meditation or zero thinking consciously)
    7. Obsession ( zero intelligence and zero knowledge)
    8. Desperate state (dominated by desires)
