Our life does not evolve only by taking care of chickens and our gardens. We also have to go to town for an errand or go to the groceries for our supplies. One of the challenges as a foreigner living here in Bosnia is shopping in the groceries or other shops as their language is not in English.
Enjoy the beauty of rural life and the joy of baking and cooking. I learned how to bake bread. My Bosnian-Serb family loves to eat bread and it is a staple in the Bosnian household.

Here is my beginner baker bread recipe
No-knead bread recipe:
3 cups flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2tsp yeast
1.5 cup warm water
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add yeast and let proof. Mix oil into yeast mixture once proofed. Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Mix until soft dough form.(its a wet dough) Cover with cloth. Let rise for 2 hrs. Punch down and mix by hand. Place into a greased pans. Let it rise for 30-40 mins. Bake at 190 for 40 mins.(lower the temp) Brush tops with butter. Enjoy baking!

Have to say this ..going to put yourself in a position of health issues down the road with junk eating...I've had to work on cleaning out bad foods and oils.
I see grocery stores there are just as bad having nothing bad bad stuff for us right when u walk in. Convince stores too
