for me as a person I prefer sometimes alone but it's okay to interact with my friends sometimes I have boundaries and even some people were bad at me I know that they have good deep in them but social media affects my personality sometimes

Being empathetic doesn't help and just adds to the emotional burden so maybe switch that feeling for thinking instead. ISTP sounds more like what the world wants, a motivated problem solver

Without healthy ways of expression, we can definitely seem that way, but I can guarantee you there isn't any person an INFP loves more than themselves, and that's why we prefer our own company and minds
