I think TOTY Sawa is still really good in game bro. I wouldn't replace her with Loftus Cheek but you can maybe use him as a super sub

I think I would lean most towards Birthday De Jong bro. I think he's the most balanced and as a box to box can get the job done because of how well rounded he is especially with the anticipate +
