Had this thing not been known to this lady that the fireman saved his family's life she would have never realized her mistake.
Why it took her to realise the testimony from his family member. Isn't it a normal human behavior to treat everyone with respect. He had burnt face, without even knowing the reason, we can respect him as a human. Atleast can have empathy towards such people.
