Hello! Im facing some issues with my website. When i upload a theme and then i visit the store, the homepage remains the same as the default theme provided by WP! Any help?
Hey Aya, it might be a cookie or cache problem. Try logging out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser, and then try visiting your website again 🙏
Hi. I activated a theme but when I go to the website it opens the page that wordpress loaded up when i installed wp, not the new theme i replaced it with. how do i get it to use the theme i activated?

Hey there, consider disabling your plugins in the WordPress dashboard one by one to identify the plugin that might be causing the issue and then just replace the specific plugin with another one that doesn't cause issues 🙏🏻
I have downloaded several themes on envato. All of them contain a .css file yet here is the message I get (French) everytime I try to install a theme. (below). It says that my file couldn't be installed beause it doesn't contan a .css file. Works with none of them!! Why?! To install a theme from Envato correctly, you need to extract the downloaded package from Envato to your computer, then compress the theme folder into a ZIP file. Make sure that you are compressing the folder and not just the files within the folder before uploading it to your WordPress website 😊
