Sir, kindly clarify the simplificatio of the mixed fraction. Perticularly how ( 1+R/100)^1/3= ( 1+1/3×R/100).

Focus second part of rest year it's in fraction 1+1/3/100 so when equation solve 3 will below with 100 and up we mention rate so 1+15/3*100= 21/20
