Are these skills are mentioned in order of importance? Also, I think we can condense the points into just 3; #1,6, and 7 all revolve around communication skills; #3 and 5 both lead to the same outcome, and both #2 and #4 can be categorized as having solid personality, tying well with the theme of compassion. The upshot seems that what makes a good doctor have a lot to do with being a good person in the first place, this should encourage health practitioners -including myself- to broaden our perspective and not neglect non-scientific parts of our lives in the pursuit of scientific competence.

I have all this but terribly my professional competence is not enough i m always doubting my ability about becoming even a doctor
