The BRs deal more damage in semi auto (2SK to the chest instead of 3) and they can kill with one headshot in semi also. Full auto is pretty much only if SHTF and you wanna spray
I used the FTAC Recon B.R. in the beta. Man, it was fun. I used it yesterday and didn't have luck. But, stuck with it. In full auto fire mode, it isn't strong. I'll use it again today. Excellent video, D51!
Awesome! Can you try to do the John Wick AR-15? Is the TR-1 Ultralight Rifle, maybe that will work well with the Benelli as secondary, or a glock, fast hands and a knife? There is a hybrid sight that fits this rifle but it may have issues, you cant see the red dot sometimes
You can really notice the 25% damage drop with the battle rifles when you go full auto, I have learned to always keep mine on semi with a good trigger finger

It's such a shame how bad battle riffles are currently. The Scar-H is great and the Mk-14 is usable. But the Ftac Recon and Lauchman 726 are unfortunately just waaaaay to weak for how much recoil they have to really be viable. I feel you're supposed to put em in full auto and use it like a shotgun, or get a lucky 1-tap headshot up close. They really aren't competitive at all at range 😕
ExclusiveAce made a short video shows that battle rifles deal less damage in full auto, they actually can 1 shot headshot people at range as long as you use semi-auto, so try to use them again in semi, maybe it will help.

The velocity is also atrocious even with the high velocity ammo and the biggest barrel I'm still having to lead shots SIGNIFICANTLY at like 70~ metres.
