There are different ways of interpreting this nasheed as the munshid was not clear. My interpretation is that it's referring to the righteous youth of today who represent Islam well in the media and things like that. 🤍
I think it would be a good idea to do translations of traditional Arabic poetry recitations, such as Mishary al Afasy's يا من يدع الفهم (that one's easy, the translation is there in the comments below the original video).

No, this version is without instruments alḥamdulillāh. It has some vocal chords in the background which sound like music but are not. Be careful though, there are other versions that do include instruments.
