    I wonder if they have since fixed that weird on/off charging issue

    Not bad luck Lance!
    I had exactly your issue re charge dropping in and out, but even when it was charging the rate of charge was very slow at best.
    One of my C plugs didn't work at all and while I was doing battle with The Last Cable's "cus(s)tomer service" one of the cables failed completely!
    I have given up on the product and the company, going to raise a PayPal case.
    Rubbish service/quality at any price, never mind at the very high price they are asking.

    My frustration is it seems to work great as long as I’m charging at home. When I charge in the car, I have to remove and reseat the port piece. Once I do that, it starts charging. It’s an inconvenience.

    After two weeks now I am having issue charging my iPhone XR. I have to keep reseating it just try to get it to start. Then it goes right back out. This is unusable.

    Thanks for this review. Saw these on FB marketplace as well and trying to figure out whether to buy or not. I have a Galaxy S9 so I suspect my experience might be similar to yours.
