It's unfair to conflate the two. The main problem is, when someone lives in a mansion in minecraft, they more than likely built it themselves without exploiting other players. Unlike in real life, where mansions exist because they were built by people working for a corporation, and those workers can't elect their CEO, and therefore can't refuse the job, in addition, the person buying the mansion likely got their wealth from exploiting the working class, or in Elon Musk's case, literal slave labor in south africa. In a way, stealing from a friend in minecraft is stealing from the proletariet, but stealing from Elon Musk is stealing from a slaver.
