I recently purchased Greg Stafford’s “Guide to Glorantha” 2 volume slipcase set. And even though I paid for it with my own money, I still feel like I have been given a gift. A masterpiece of world building. Greg is the [largely] unsung hero of tabletop RPG’s
A late comment...just wanted to commend you for this beautiful episode. I share so much of these feelings for Runequest, Glorantha and Pendragon and for the amazing work and legacy of Greg Stafford. Thanks for a beautiful moment of remembrance.
A very nice episode about one of the greats in RPG design. A friend of mine attended a Con a long time ago and and bought Pendragon there from THE GUY WHO CREATED IT! He said the guy was really cool and liked talking with him. We were all new to RPGs then and didn't have a freak'in clue about who was who back then. We never got around to playing Pendragon unfortunately and drifted apart. Are you planning to at least run a session?
