Black market guy I tend to give bigger items to clear up table space. And homeless guy I give things based on what I think he might want/need to better his life (so this is completely arbitrary for me)
I think mine was too actually, but that was nearly a decade ago that I got mine. But you can get them for a lot cheaper these days, but sacrificing some features.
