That's how I found Logan Halstead on TH-cam and Tyler Childers & Cole Chaney from Spotify. I been listening to all and discovering more and more artists from the hills of Kentucky and West Virginia, where my Dad and Mom were from Mingo County, West Virginia, around Williamsom, Delbarton, Red Jacket, Matewan. Floating around to coal camps in Eastern Kentucky also, Paintsville, Prestonburg, Pikeville, Floyd and Johnson counties, all my relatives are down in the hills there and it is my family heritage and I love learning more about it through this music. My Grampa fought with John L. Lewis and the other strikers at Matewan against the coal companies and the G men the Feds sent in. and I am loving all them singer/songwriters emerging from that area (Chris Stapleton) playing REAL country music, in my humble opinion.
