I think the entity is a bit too sensitive, like noone can even leave their house - quiet, but the real loud-ass neigbors like frat boys and crying babies turning into cats would actually be awesome!
Thankfully my cats decided that it was their duty to love and care for my housemate's kids, adopting the babies as their own. Whenever one of them woke up screaming in the middle of the night, as babies do, my big sweet calico would always rush to their bedside and purr as loud as she possibly could. On nights when one of them wakes up due to a nightmare, she still comes right to their aid, often accompanied by the pair of kittens we recently adopted. Our four cats really do love the kids.
