- I recently found this convoluted but amazing strategy in Pokemon Sword and Shield, where you can easily set up a wonder guard porygon-2 within 1 turn with a very specific setup. Let me know in the comments how you feel about this porygon2 strat, and if you have any ideas on how you could potentially improve the team.

The Porygon team is such a hilarious (and smart) team, but also an absolutely wild, almost scary in-game concept, that it seems like something terminal montage would make an animation about.
Like it's in-game artificial life becoming functionally immortal by tracing a literal husk of death???
We know it is WeedleTwineedle when they're innovating the meta, but refuses to innovate Shaniqua's outfit.

I did pick the 420 trainer card number specifically b/c I wanted to make my character look like Snoop Dogg to fit my in-game Snoop Dogg theme team (w/ Rillaboom, Boltund, etc.) just b/c I like doing that for Pokémon games, basing my entire save file on a public figure, fictional character, etc.
Rather than feeling called out, I feel shouted out, lol.
I used 420 cuz funny lol
Got to say, I love the visual image of a giant porygon 2 being held up by a single tiny balloon
4:58 Zygarde's thousand arrows ignores the air balloon and will be super effective, it's a very common move on pure hackmons specifically to stop the air balloon wonder guard substitute perish trap electric types (in gen 6)
Season 9 has no Zygarde, since its restricted.

You can make sure to trace wonder guard 100% of the time by giving the other pokemon an untraceable ability
Does anyone else find it wierd how the game said that electric type Porygon2’s Wonder Guard blocked the max quake, even though it was Air Balloon that made him immune to it?

I recently started playing cuz of you. Rn running a trick-room team that revolves around a cheekpouch greedent with bellydrum. It’s pretty gimmicky but fun

Your last two videos have inspired me to use Neutralizing Gas to make Zacien even more broken by using Weezing to activate it multiple times.

Nonono, you see, the Dynamax Candies are a necessary part of every Shedinja's diet. If you feed them 11 of them they Evolve into Shedisaster, who has three total HP and learns Hold Hands.

I was about to ask if Trace in Doubles always copies the Ability of the Pokémon in front of the user or if it's random
@@Duraludon884 after testing this strat, it working 4 times in a row and then ot working 3 times I'll say its random unfortunately
In the original Japanese blog post where the strat was debuted, the poster drove the team all the way to Master Ball but only put up a W-L record of 31-48 in the process, performing even worse than a coinflip because of cases where the initial Skill Swap was disrupted, or where they had an answer to the setup anyway.

quick note for ppl who want to use this strat: mold breaker isn't the only thing that can ignore that ability, for example, the move photon geyser from Necrozma ignores other abilities, and I don't remember if there are other moves like that but I think there are, so watch out ;)
