Mark Davis admits he’s not a football guy and placed that trust in folks like Reggie McKinzzie, Gruden/Mayock. Unfortunately it blew up in his face. Sad part is Gruden 2.0 they were a playoff team they started 3-0 when the emails leaked. There is something to be said to the Brady effect. It’s being reported by many that Brady being an owner is helping the Raiders.
