Great idea. Kind of like video journaling to keep track of what you're thinking and why you're making certain decisions. Will be helpful for yourself in the future when you look back to see your thoughts and decision-making process that led to the future that you're in. It's easy for us to fool ourselves with imagined memories. It's harder when it's written down or recorded in a video!

But I promise you I won't do it again. When I met Ruri Ohama thanks to her TH-cam videos, I felt a change in myself because I had become more efficient in my work and her advice brought me a lot and when I watch her videos, I also know that I can make my contribution, there are things I can help him with also, even indirectly. Please, it's true that I don't deserve it like that, but if she gives me one last chance, I would do anything for her. It doesn't matter, even if I wouldn't be friends with her but at least she'll be part of my life again. I'll even just watch her videos or follow her on Instagram if we don't talk, it doesn't matter. I also blame myself because I've done horrible things and that's understandable.

Hi ruri ohama, I'm sending you this message telling you that I'm now turning the page. What I originally wanted was to be in a relationship with you to be honest. Honestly, I don't know how I came across you and what made me want you so much. at the beginning, it was very hard when you didn't answer me, because I spent weeks trying to contact you and I was even fired from my job because I remained inactive so I lost a lot even my friends, so I'm no longer with anything because I couldn't get into a relationship with you. But today now I'm spending something completely different, maybe the future will have something else in store for me. Even my friends adore you and they wish the two of us could be together. You can do what you want even if you don't respond to this comment, but until today I have still learned things thanks to you and I thank you. I wish you good luck for the future and goodbye.

"The ends justify the means." を考えるのが結構大事だと思う。
    ゴールは1Mだけど、その中でも大事にしたいのが、ゴールではなくてそこにたどり着くまでのストーリー、関係、困難、努力。
    それらを全て組み合わせて意味があるのだと思う。

I think we should all be more interested in each other rather than be interested in what we can receive from each other. Because the real value of a person is often hidden behind their everyday ups and downs rather than displayed in their controlled behaviors.. Maybe. I, as a creator get ways more satisfied when being heard and understood than when my art is valued and even purchased.

Yes having a recorded journal of your journey is valuable, especially for you as it can act as a way of noticing habits and if you made a mistake at some point you can look back and more easily see what happened. Anything that works out well also is easier to identify and repeat. We also can give feedback if you ask us questions.

Just some thoughts off the top of my head. Yes if you want to do it, then it could be good.
It's important to do things where you have ambition and desire built up for them.
Some things I wonder about, something like becoming a millionaire, which I hope your successful if it's a good thing for your soul, ...it's kind of based out of excelling ahead of the pack... I'm not sure how I feel about that, but I could see a lot of good coming out of it.
Personally and i speak for myself, I think I might get more joy out of watching someone like you learning different topics, but only if you have joy and ambition for them, things like gardening, and not permanently but more for the adventure of learning, and then creating art or a game, and the journey to do that.
I just think basics, cooking, gardening, building something like a shed, or a video game, or a good movie, or one cartoon/anime... things that are more in the realm for most people to follow along with and be inpired to do themselves.
Becoming a Millionaire would be interesting to follow, too.
I subscribed to you, not because of the topics, but because of your approach and personality and perspectives and because you are generally pleasant.

I feel like you've definitely heard of the TH-camr Hamza Ahmed to some degree? But he's been doing daily videos talking about business etc and it seems significantly easier to record, but has a nice 'raw' feeling to it that typical videos on YT don't have with advice that I personally have found useful. Documenting the experience of building a business from 0 to 1mil is a very interesting concept that I'm interested in and I think other people would be as well. Both for gaining an insight of how it starts, seeing what to do, what not to etc. And also for entertainment cuz saying hey this girl made a business from 0 to 1mil and documented the whole journey from start to end does sound ✨cool✨ at the end of the day.
I'd recommend against making it daily though, you might think "hey it's not much work I don't plan on editing it much anyway" but it's still some amount of work that could go into the business itself or literally just have some more free time to enjoy yourself. Weekly is a better idea imo since it's not as demanding and it's still a good amount of vlogs considering the subject tbh
Also I relate when you said that you subconsciously live more interesting lives when you document them because, while most people including myself tend to record videos and take pictures on big events like a trip for example, I've noticed that when I scroll at my camera gallery I enjoy both the pics/vids from big events and photos I spontaneously took like a random cat equally, and I keep telling myself to start Journaling but I never end up starting regardless 😂
Idk lemme know what u think about my yapping

  • @augystudio
    @augystudio 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

I like this idea. Doesn't have to be daily imo, unless you really have that much content. A weekly video, or every couple of days, where you have footage from the past few days would be cool too. And from time to time maybe a bigger video where you summarize the last moth, quarter etc.

I think finding advantages is kind of easy, so I'll give you some disadvantages that might help managing the process of documenting your journey easier.
    1. Think about how much more stress you'll be exposed to. Editor for your daily content about building your business, the idea in the back of your mind to always document what you are doing, thinking about how to do some stuff. Maybe you will hire some employees for your business, which will add even more stress. Consider the fact of stress.
    2. It might be demotivating to continue building your business because of the phenomenon of premature gratification. Posting videos of you making your own business can give you instant dopamine, which might not be wanted.
    3. At some point, when you forget about taking feedback from your relatives, friends, etc., you might end up in a bad situation. To be honest, I don't really have any good examples, but it's just a risk of some unwanted effect. Also, building a business is a risk. So it's another thing among many others, which you have to consider and keep in mind during the whole process.
And lastly, you just have to consider, as I said before, some unwanted effects. Some conditions are beyond your control. I apologize in advance about my English, but it's not my native language.
    And of course, good luck!

as someone who has been prepping for a business for also 6-7 months now but is starting to have doubts and double takes on it, yes, i would highly be interested.
    1) please make it as 'globally inclusive' as possible. there are topics/info that are applicable only to one part of the earth while its not as true to the others. its highly confusing, makes one doubt themselves when they hear an advice from someone whose being successful, try it out then figure out the market on their location is different.
    2) please make it as non-reliant to starting capital as possible. its one thing to start a business with a substantial amount of money at your disposal. its another to start a business with almost nothing.
    3) other topics that i am in dire need now are:
    - "when to know that you are ready"
    - "pricing your services"

I was watching some of your language learning videos and noticed something. Your concept is very similar to a German professor who wanted to reform the German school system using these methods. Unfortunately, many people who could improve these systems are very lazy, which is why we are still working with the old system. But the professor didn't let herself get carried away and set up a training system in a subscription model for teachers. Since not everyone had the financial means, as a member you could create, edit and improve training material, which exempted you from the membership fee depending on your commitment and value of your work.
Since it's about innovative ideas, I wanted to share this with you. It may give you additional inspiration and motivation. The professor's name was Vera F. Birkenbihl.

But I know your experience on getting money on youtube and I think you're inspiring. The problem I see, as I see myself doing the same, is that I don't have patience to do it step by step. I think that this idea is good, however consider that the journey may need to just be a low effort sort of story than your regular videos. I think this is a fun series idea, however my primairy concern is you still having youtube in the mean time and not accidentally falling behind on other projects. So if you are doing this I would not really bother editing, make it a vlog style documenting of your ideas, maybe make a bullet journal if you need a script to make a succinct way of conveying ideas and the realities.
I would also say I'd like it if you could expand on the other elements of growing wealth yourself. I think its a worth while idea of showing the details of how to grow a business and what the actual struggles are in real time. There a lot of realities to wealth building that frankly require a lot of patience and time that aren't going to pay off immediately, so seeing how a seed is planted to its maturity I think would be worthwhile for a lot of young people trying to see the realities that these small effort and these consistent pursuit of ideas pays off.
I would ask you speak on the emotional side, mainly because 1. to make it more genuine, even to yourself in retrospect (ie. maybe a day was worse emotionally than you remember), and 2. to help others who may see your journey can know this intelligent, ambitious woman had days of complete self doubt or plainly bad days. Show that this didn't have this miracle happen entirely by luck or accident and most of all the human element to this whole experience to know that even if you're in this type A hyper successful group, that you can still be bad at something, or have days where you made the wrong choice too. I think that perspective is lacking in a large part of youtube and in this sphere of content creation in general as I see it.
Also if you could I'd like to hear sort of the diversification aspect even beyond the business with say, investing, etc. Because the business side will be interesting, but I think for me what I would like to see and hear is someone showing how growth isn't just 1 method and it takes time to understand other sides of the process, be it money, investing, cash flow etc.
All of this said, I would like to see this series, admittedly for my own curiosity, but also because as I've said I think this will provide a good perspective that hasn't been explored of how a genuine person experiences the ups and downs of growing businesses and wealth.
So excited to see where this goes, I hope it turns out well for you, like the content, like the videos, and keep it up, you're doing good work.
    Best of luck.,

The best thing about you is not focusing on your views mainly, you just do what you want no matter how many people see it, I really like the idea of this series and this whole channel so keep it up as long as you want because you are doing a great job on this platform

read the comments instead of watching the video in order to dissuade my own distraction as I fish around my digital world for tasks, my understanding is that you *might* try to start a business and take it to $1 million total revenue. I think this is based as hell, because it'd be really cool to watch and have a repository of videos *of someone building a business*. I cannot stress how helpful it is seeing others on similar paths, and this would likely give a lot of want-to-be entrepreneurs substantial evidence to just say "screw it" and give it a shot, no matter their position in life (no guarantee of success, but one step is better than none at all).
One concern is keeping it transparent, because it is a business and you might not want to drop all information about it (at least until perfect competition markets become a thing other than figments of the collective economic imagination). To clarify, there might be things you just don't want to show or that potential investors (if you go down a route that'd need them) might not want out there (but again...would you want to work with them if they want to hide thins that might not have too much of an impact? depends) and keeping them out of the content might leave some holes that viewers would need to infer about for their own possible endeavours (though I guess if it really comes down to it, they can purchase a course that'd show them more) ORRR leave the content feeling not super authentic.
As an example, check out max reisinger: www.youtube.com/@MaxReisinger, he'd documented his life for 4 years, but now paused and is focusing on marketing for creator camp + circle park (a marketing agency he cofounded). I believe he paused at least in part due to needing to keep some things offline, creating a split between actual max reisinger and youtube max reisinger which can lead to a sense of living as a version of yourself other than yourself (something happens in life -> "Can I put this on youtube? Maybe not...but I do still need to make a video" (and you're spending a lot of time on the channel) -> Make video with thing omited -> potentially intellectually bypass the thing entirely and now live in semi-denial about it -> possible mental health issues.
Main point is that when making documentary content, there will be private things that come up, and since you'll be posting semifrequently (every day, to few days, to few months) you might not have the opportunity to polish up certain parts into a cohesive narrative like a more regular, 2 - 3 hour documentary. Thus, depending on feedback and how you go about structuring the channel, you may or may not experience a sort of dissonance between you-you and ruri's diary you.
Whichever choice you do make , I'll be watching as its most rewarding seeing others succeed while being vulnerable online.
And smol tidbit: this channel has been very validating to watch thus far, PEOPLE PAUSE AND SAY "what was I talking about" AS OFTEN AS I DO !!

On your second video, you talked about from re-therapy as your channel name to 1 million in this video. And that’s how TH-cam suggested you to me, because I mentioned about making 1 million as my goal on my channel, too.
    Indeed!
Watching back our own videos does give us some inspiration.
I’m looking forward to seeing your growth journey!

I warn against it. It's an empty goal. It's like kids saying they want to be famous. You ask with what? With singing and if that doesn't work with dancing? Who cares. Billie Eilish saw what Aurora did, and felt deep within, I want to do that too. Sing. That came before the fame, the lust for expression. The love for singing your heart out with your own songs, led to fame. Not the other way around. So what's Ruri's dream? Hot passion? No idea, nor does she.. yet.

I must say that this type of video series is generally comprehensive due to its continuous structure. And actually, if somebody is doing it, it would be you. I think that it can inspire various people, I am telling this as a person who has been dreaming of starting a business one day. I am sure that you will succeed and thank you for sharing your adventure with us. We appreciate it. 🩵

Documenting a journey into entrepreneurship is great. I’m getting tired of working for people. Organization is my biggest obstacle. Watching people who are good at organization is helpful because people rub off on me quickly and surrounding myself with bright and skilled individuals with good habits only allows me to learn “good habits “. If it’s original ideas requiring secrets of the trade I would be cautious because you’ll invite too much competition in the beginning stages? And can there be some alternatives to share from your audience or clients that would make your product worth their consumption?

Maybe vloging this process may also bring more ideas to leverage this to 1MM so it may be a great asset!
However, will you keep the business idea unnamed and just share the backstage of it? because that would be nice to keep your IP safe.
    Cheers!

Good-evening Ruri, I just found your other Channel tonight ("Ruri Ohama"). And watched: "This Is The ONLY Video You Need To Watch To Start Your TH-cam Channel". That video was really good. And moving. I've just subscribed to that Channel. And now this one. Ruri, you've got an idea(s). You're creative/talented. And you really moved me in your "Ruri Ohama" video that I just mentioned. I appreciate and respect you. Your Parents must be proud of you! Keep up your good work. I've now subscribed here too. Also, you've encouraged me. Thank you Ruri. (I also meant: "for those who feel like giving up - my story").

But I know that you're a very talented youtuber, and it will gonna be very interesting to see the format that you'll do the videos, and maybe learn and have some ideas of how to do this in an interesting way.

Great idea to journal the whole experience but posting the videos in near real time might expose you to competitive risks where somebody else might copy your work (without all the headache of actually figuring stuff out) and maybe beat you to market. If you're vague about the actual product/idea that might protect against that but then the videos might not be as interesting. Or just wait until after launch to post a series of retrospective behind the scenes videos.
