Doug’s question: I absolutely despise public speaking. I used to have a class about public speaking in school and I would literally start crying because of how scared I was.
Talking Points at night and in the morning? Must be a spring miracle.
There’s a mandatory class about public speaking I have to take for college and I always get scared going up and presenting in front of people and the moment I’m done and back to my seat my hands are shaking for the next 5 minutes at least. Don’t like it and I’m not looking forward to it 🥲
(I had a public speaking class in highschool, it made me anxious as hell but I was able to get through it alright.)

Dougs Question; I'm not big on public speaking, in fact just talking in front of others scared me so bad growing up but now that I am older and have gotten over most my insecurities and that I got to a point that "I don't care" with just some nerves. I prefer it when I help train others cause I see more fun in helping others that I get over my nerves pretty quick.

Hi Doug. I absolutely hate public speaking because I have a lot of social anxiety. During my business classes in high school, my teacher forced us to give solo presentations to the class and docked points if we didn't follow proper "form" (if we said "um" or "like" or turned our back to the class too much). It was not fun, but I will say it made me better (not less anxious, just better) at public speaking
QOTD: I have intense anxiety, especially around social situations & public speaking is one of my worst nightmares.

doug's question: i do not, though i'm getting better at speaking in front of people because of presentations in and out of school. i still get a lot of anxiety from it.
Doug's question: Going to a school where we had to give presentations on the daily, I hate giving public speaking, despite being able to BS surprisingly well when put on the spot. >.

To your question Doug, it depends. In front of a class, just a bit nervous. In front of family or groups larger than a class, I freeze up.

Doug's question: depends on what it is about. I liked my public speaking class in college, it was just the testing that I hated (I'm not a good test taker). I liked how I was able to choose my topics. Also I did it for 4 years in highschool for my shop, so I was already use to it.
Doug’s question: Definitely not. Not only am I super shy but I also have a soft voice which makes it hard for people to hear me.

Public speaking can be scary at first but with practice it becomes easier. I was so scared that every time I had water in my eyes almost started to cry every time. But naw I only worry about remembering my speach, making eye contacts with people and controling the tone of my voice. It is hard but it distracts me from worries about be being in front of many people.
To answer Doug's question, no I hate public speaking I have social anxiety so it's hard and I hate it but my parents say I don't have social anxiety and make me speak in public and I hate it

Doug's Question: Ever since I did Public Speaking in College for Architectural project's I despise it. I have a hard time when figuring out how to start it until the teacher or someone help's explain what I need to do. Otherwise I hate public speaking.
The last time I tried to speak in front of a crowd, I blacked out and woke up in a chair

Doug's question: I hate public speaking, I've sadly had a few mini panic attacks when I had to do presentations before. I usually get really anxious when it's my turn to present to the point where my hands are shaky and I have to focus on my breathing. If it's a group presentation I would often try to have my partners do most of the talking.
