How about a part two for the purpose of showing how you watertight this thing, looks great but full of places where I see light through the hull. Pretty sure that would be a.problen on any boat. Never mind I found it. Props!
This boat designed for daily use and years. Unkind of modern WOODEN boat manufacture that look weak in hull structure and so i bet they build boat not for daily use. And shame for them that they use so many modern and expensive tools and machineries, unefficient in cost allocation.
There is nothing ‘homemade’ here. This man is a shipwright for his village and surrounding. He is also a compliment to his trade. These boards go in with a bang but are very precise made. As you see in a region traditional labor is adapting new technology, so nails and bolts take their place in their products as wel as theuse of electric tools. Still the design is as old the village and probably theforfathers of this man practiced the same trade.

Amazing work. Beautiful boat. // Always surprised to see guys working barefoot (or flimsy footwear) with tools and heavy objects. I think it's a good idea to protect one's feet from accidents. I have a hard enough time not stubbing feet into things while my mind is on something else.
