Wonderful video of the beautiful Pans People absolutely love this! Thank you so much for all your hard work on finding restoring and posting these videos! 😊
@@jeffalbillar7625 yes, Jeff, Cherry was gorgeous and such a talented Dancer and singer! She came later on to join Pans people! Have a wonderful, healthy 2024!🥰
That Supremes clip is interesting, I see front row from left, Dee Dee, Flick and Penny Fergusson, back row from left, Lorelly Harris, Diane South and Babs, that's proto Pans. No Ruth, Andi or Louise. Some of those moves were pinched by Freddie Mercury lol. Cheers.
This will be one of dee Dees last routines with pans people great work from flick and dancing from the girls hold back the night is a great routine Clive grieves
The original dancers were Flick Colby who also choreographed the routines.Babs Lord later Babs Powell Dee Dee Wilde Ruth Pearson Louise Clarke and Andrea Andi Rutherford! Very sadly only Babs and Dee Dee are still alive out of the original dancers!
Cherry Gillespie was in an episode of minder.. can't remember the episode but where er indoors went missing.. she was er indoors hairdresser. Not a bad performance either..😊
@@bobdavis4848 hi, thanks. Personally I’m always looking for instrumentals. There’s lots of jazz instrumentals but not rock. I’ve always been annoyed about that.
@@itsamemario8014 Are you a Choreographer yourself? Are you even British? Pan's People were on Top of The Pops every week in the 1970's performing a different routine choreographed by the talented Flick Colby often if the record they were supposed to be performing to went down in the charts they would have to learn a whole new routine in about a day! Plus they performed at other venues and gigs and appeared on other programmes on TV! All you can do is criticise them I have nothing but admiration for them! What a wonderful group of dancers they were very beautiful and very talented!

Six very rare routines - thank you Roger.
Thank you for putting this video on!
Beautiful talented ladies. I’ve been following them for the past few years! Why do we have to get old?😔
I've been asking myself that same question for years . Take good care of yourself Miss Cathy . You can at least , slow down the aging
Thank you, Roger, for posting these scarcer and hard to find routines. It is very much appreciated.
Nice video - thank you. :) (Just to be a bit picky, there's a couple of Legs & Co in there, not that I'm complaining!)
This compilation is 100% PP 😊
Thank you roger for posting these routines nice to see them after all these years any of the original six please Clive grieves
Didn't know Pan's People danced to Paul Davidson's 'Midnight Rider' [10:44]. One of my favourite tracks of all time. Just glorious.
I was a teen in the usa during the pans people's run and i want to say RUTH WAS THE PRETTIEST WOMAN I EVER SAW RIP RUTH
I agree David, Ruth was gorgeous!😍🤩
I like them all, but the girl Cherry is my favorite

Actually more likely Felicity Balfour than Diane South.
Great fun watching Totp,s in the 70s ok
That last clip is obviously from a Lulu show.

Great stuff! So innocent and wholesome compared to modern pop.❤️
I wish somebody would remaster these video’s.

Yes herro 750 it is Barry white the fourth routine flick did a great routine and great dancing from pans Clive grieves
❤
@12:34 OMG 😎
Please can someone tell me what is playing in the third routine. Name of band. ?
Think it's Barry White
Do you mean the really short rock routine or Barry White’s “I’ll Do For You Anything You Want Me To”?
@@bobdavis4848the rock bit please. Barry white is unmistakable.
@@Herro750 Sorry, I don't know for sure. It sounds to me like Booker T. and the MG's or Young Holt Unlimited trying to play Cream.

Flick..sigh...
The girls were absolutely gorgeous, sadly the choreography was extremely poor.
Totally disagree with that comment
@@martinpensom5103 So what you are saying then is that the girls were extremely unattractive and the choreography was excellent.
@@itsamemario8014 The girls were beautiful and all were brilliant dancers!
@@martinpensom5103 I'm guessing you have no idea what choreography actually means, may I suggest you enlighten yourself and look it up.
