I'm a retired Correction Officer , every person that is incarcerated is placed on suicide watch , and this is normal procedure to make sure that you're fit to stand trail so the Dr. evaluates every prisoner that is mandated or convicted before a lengthy stay

It's the drugs. He's probably going through withdrawal symptoms. He doesn't have access to his drugs in jail. There are MAT programs for people like that in jail/prison to help with withdrawal, but he probably can't join the program. Otherwise, he's admitting to using drugs.
Normalize snitching. The black culture has normalized protecting predators at the detriment of everyone involved. If someone called the police and reported Diddy back in the 90’s and he was arrested and charged he may still have a chance at not spending the rest of his life behind bars.
