Would love to hear Don Parker some day. Always a great experience when he does commentary. It would actually be amazing to have him and Adam together. The two of them gel so well.

Could you ask him please in the next interview if he would consider bringing more light into the arena so we could see the fans being involved in the matches. Watching the Olympics was such an awesome experience because you could see the fans involvement. Also it seems like many other sports are trying to bring up the amount of points scored while WTT has decreased them by having players play only best out of 5 instead best of 7 games. Could you ask him what is the reason for that?

I aboslutely agree with the second channel point. you can make a second channel called WTT future or something like that where you stream feeders, youth tournaments and the qualifiers for contenders and star contenders

On the topic of camera angle:
I really don't understand the obsession with the behind-the-player-view... you can't see the ball, often not even the stroke of a player (watched asien games and european games and at some point I switched off.. it was unbearable!)
IF the side-view is high enough you can see every stroke, follow each players movements and personally I get a much better "feeling of the trajectory of the ball" at this angle. The only better view IMO is the corner-view, as we see in most qualifying rounds or R64.
Am I the only one feeling this way or what do you guys think 🤔

Added note: a big reason why I don't like the behind-view is that sometimes you see the ball "going up in the air" but there is no feeling of depth / speed / spin of it.

Awesome talk! These podcasts are a real treat.
Feels like you're taking us into the innermost circles of elite table tennis.
How awesome would it be to see this sport become more popular and see table tennis academies opening up world-wide!
Thanks guys for your amazing content and for promoting the sport 🎉❤

Good talk with interesting insights. The side angle is still definetly one of the biggest gripes for me. What use is the modern and cool presentation when you cant enjoy the game with the side angle. Im always looking forward to events without side angle unfortunately nowadays. The angle is not even good for shorts/tiktok as u have to pan left and right to follow the ball during the rally. There is a reason Tennis and Badminton are not filmed from the side. Side angles just make the game harder to follow and also its harder to see the spin(especially sidespin).

20:09 i thought player review was about edge / net balls during a match...that would have been a very good question imho

WTT should put more attention on the YT channel. Better angles of the games. do NOT post interviews of the winners BEFORE the match has even been posted. Also record more time AFTER the win so we can see the celebrations. viewers celebrate with the players at home. always film the handshake. first post full match. THEN the edited one. thank you.

If u keep lob sided talking small area basis and not global basis, how u move out globally from a small spot China. 2 cents. others is foreigner...china is foreign to others as well ? Fair play is needed for a global sport.
