Had I have known it wasn't the will of God that I would ever have a relationship or a normal husband and wife relationship back in 1984 when I turned 18, I would have never tried to prioritize or pursue that. 40 years later, because I trusted in two bad people, in which one tried to kill me seven years ago, left me disabled and homeless, I wished to God I had never fell in love with anyone. Since I can't get back my past years, believing in all the lies and "toxic positivity" my mom, and everyone else tried placing on me, I'm just showing myself love now. I'm the one I neglected, trying to be in servitude to others, hence wasting my life energy, money and resources.
You can also replace the negative thought with an invocation of healing througj acceptance and compassion to self...consciously raise your vibration in that moment is alchemical transmutation. This is slightly higher spiritually than only shifting your perception...love everyone ❤

I haven't been well to watch you and not in a great headspace, it feels almost defeating to go through what I did and deal with gaslighting and all forms of abuse and my own PTSD because of spiritual warfare and it's heavy.
