To say she absolutely smashed it in this performance would be a massive understatement. Sang completely live without auto-tune. Incredible. Todays "pop stars" take note.
I have a lot of respect for this lady she never gets the credit she deserves people think she had hits in the 60s she is still performing to this day I just think she is so underrated as a singer
I love all of LULU'S songs. She has inspired a generation of female artists. Her greatest "TO SIR WITH LOVE" still rings in the air and will never go away. Love you LULU💖💖💖💖💖💖
Lulu is an amazing singer. This song is part of an album which was never released. When are the record labels going to treat Lulu right? Come on Lulu. I LOVE Making Life Rhyme but it is time for a real soul album. You know you can do it. Let's hear from you.
Way to go LULU, you really know how to transform and transport someone to another place in time. Your voice is timeless and surpasses all by today's standards. I remember when I first saw TO Sir With Love, I remember sitting in the canvas seat and falling in love with your gifted voice that was your's and only Your's and a voice that would bring you through many challenges and changes in the music industry. But LULU you have been a stayer and have delighted and entertained millions around the world with your unique voice. Keep on singing and don't stop singing you're always gonna be a star 🌟 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🎼🎶🎵🎤🎼🎶🎵🎤
This woman has style -- every now and then her voice has this little growl in it and it gives me chills because I am not expecting Lulu of "To Sir With Love" to do this. But I had a suspicion because on that old album she did songs like Neil Diamond's "The Boat That I Row," and the traditional "Morning Dew," and she kicked a little ass. Lulu was always great but she's showing us she has more.
please tell me lulu you had something to do with writing this song,it is beautiful ,I am Scottish working class ,and I used to deliver message's on a bike and this song ,reminds of those faraway days ,so thank you lulu for remembering where we come from, btw this song is fantastic why was not on your big BBC lulu special, cheers jimbob1😍
The music has been terrible since 1990, but I'm pleased we still have legends from the 60's like Lulu, Petula Clark and Cliff Richard who make exceptional songs like this in this modern day and age where, let's be honest, has declined since 1989, but like I say, there are a few exceptional ones, and this is one of them, it's a fab song, like it came out of the 60's.
Love ghis song, and she sang live sounded good, fhe has never had a solo no.1 and if you look at her career has had very few hits not much success chart wise.
This beautifully crafted song is one of her very best.
Can’t get the melody out of my head from a chance listening a week ago.
Me too, fabulous.

22 years in and still a goosebumps tune 😎

Love Lulu she's the best female singer from the UK in the 60s

Her singing here kind of remines me of Stevie Nicks.
I'm a huge Stevie fan. I can hear it as well. That raspy tone 🎶👌
