These days I look at Harley as basically being the Deadpool of the DC Universe. She is insanely popular and a funny character. When equating Marvel and DC characters, equating them in terms of their powers is not always the best way to do that. For example, Scott Lang and Eel Obrien could be equated in some way since they are both ex-thieves who have trouble with their kids.
He did great with WB/DC shows like Batman, Superman, Justice League/Unlimited, Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and Tiny Toon Adventures. It is too bad that Jeph Loeb has him waste his talent on Ultimate Shit Man and that shitty ass Avengers Assemble show for Disney/Marvel.

She is more successful in cartoons, movies and comics than batman except for her Birds of Prey movie. her comic sales and comic cartoon show is through the roof. She was the star and main hero in Suicide Squad 2 and was the principle person defeating that Starzo character [poked him in the eye ]. The actresses have become famous for portraying her. Not all Batman actors portrayals were successful....and you know who I am talking about.
