Do you use a detangler?
I have long hair like you and my biggest struggle is detangling.

Just a detailing brush/comb not a detangler product I don't like the residue those leave on my hair. I think it's easier if you comb it out before washing and then be very gentle while you wash it so it doesn't tangle again
