Hi, We have 3 sccm servers 2012 R2 in mix that we like to upgrade to latest version. We don't want to perform in-place upgrade of OS. could you please guide me what approach should we take to build new sccm environment and also keep all the existing components of SCCM.

Please also mention, before you start anything make sure the old and new SQL servers are the same Server Collation!!!
