This helps me achieve my goal of creating relaxing walks without distractions. Secondly, the neighborhoods I select tend to have fewer people on the streets at any time. Many residential areas in the USA are designed this way, promoting a calm and peaceful environment. While there are bustling urban neighborhoods full of activity, my channel focuses on the serene and tranquil side of residential life.

I checked Zillow this morning and the houses here range from 800k to 2 million. Most are over a million.
