Just sharing a story, not a question: I talk with my Mom who’s passed all the time and we have a much better and easier relationship now than when she was alive. Today I asked out loud if I’m really “talking with you” and asked for a sign of a hummingbird (her favorite creature/bird) today or tomorrow. It came almost immediately when I was walking my dog. First I saw an empty hummingbird feeder and that felt like a wink, but not quite it. A few steps away my puppy led me around the corner of that fenced yard and behind a tree limb was a hummingbird flag and I knew that was IT!! And felt a leap of joy in my heart.
My son was a singer/songwriter/musician and I loved the question about music! Constantly having music in the house and then all of a sudden ...silence. It has been one of the things I miss most. Thank you ladies! 💜

Sooo refreshing, so totally gracious of you all. I keep getting walloping waves of sorrow & heart cracking regret about my parents' last months during covid. They were my heroes. I was able to care for them until their last months, but rolling quarantines kept them isolated in their new residences--care facilities. It's a common situation, but no amount of mental reasoning ("you couldn't help it") reaches the guttural grief of knowing how bewildered a cognitively impaired elder feels, ripped away from their home & people, & that one COULD have found a different way. You can feel like Judas, or Peter denying his friend Jesus. Judas couldn't live with his deed, but Peter found a way. My guidance tells me that it IS too heavy to live with & therefore it's my opportunity to die to my old "self", & become part of the way vaster reality that they now are identified with. Dying to our old individual selves is what all the great traditions taught. This directive keeps coming back to me any time bitter tears & gutteral grief buckle me over. It's helping sooo much. And it's what Suzanne & Brenda & the guides teach us. I can only describe it as seeing the starry night sky over the summer pasture & mountains I get to live among. That's the only picture big enough to convey the solution to complex grief, & our path in the cosmos. Thank you so much.

I have a question. If when we confront our ego, example we have so much pride due to the ego, we don't want to be blamed when we have debate with other person. But then we understand we can't maintain this attitude and switch to soul consciousness who will always forgive and help to dissipate the pride and bring love. If everytime we are triggered with this high pride and everytime we always tap to our soul to dissipate the pride, will this healing work for us? At the same time I know we need to forgive the situation to move forward and be healed. But sometimes it's so hard and switching to soul consciousness would be easier.
