*Blitzwing Lore:* Thanks to information from the writers of TFA, we were able to understand that the reason Blitzwing has 3 personalities is because it’s a side-effect of the the triple-changing procedure. Black Arachnia was the one who rebuilt Blitzwing and gave him his triple-changing powers, causing him to basically go insane and splitting his brain into separate personalities. This concept would’ve been utilized in the canceled Season 4, where Megatron would become a triple-changer and slowly become insane himself. This is because they didn’t want Megatron to keep losing fights if he was this conniving master Decepticon warlord whose name strikes fear in the sparks of any cybertronian. So, just make him go crazy and bring a new sense of danger to the character by making him a Hannibal Lecter-type villain. All of this information is available in The AllSpark Almanac.
I just realised that basically the only mistake I have with TFA is that Blitzwing knows about an Earthling song and rain while Sentinel doesn't even know about rain. Either the Decepticons travel a lot, or thats just a small overlook.
