I noticed that too, I've seen her in some variety shows but didn't know she had a great voice until I watched their Forever 1 recording. That's when I thought her voice must have been underrated but undeniably beautiful, sweet & eargasmic.

These girls worked hard that’s why they reached their status; Yuri perfectionist too mostly in dance routines, etc. But yes Sooyoung was even yelling and knitpicking at Yoona during their MV filming lol.They’re too harsh on theirselves, imagine when they were at their peak.

I am always surprised by how low 3rd and 4h gen standards are when it comes to dancing and singing. Here we have SNSD, (former 9) now 8 singers and 8 dancers. Even Taeyeon who was told that she was an awful dancer, actually is a smooth and solid dancer, Yuri who couldn't really hold notes back in ITNW, is now capable of singing and sounding quite nice. All of them tbh, SNSD paved the way so that new groups could find success easier than SNSD did. Gotta remember that SNSD was like that because they legit fought in a "men's world".
this is what I like about SM, they always trained their idols equally in terms of vocal & dance, and the final results only comes out in accordance to each member's natural talent, limitation, and capability. i always hate when seeing a group where we can see clearly there're some members who's not equally trained in vocal & dance and just in charge of visual or cutesy
I wonder if Sunny and Seohyun keep on taking regular vocal lessons all those years because they are truly amazing!! Also it's crazy how much I love this 8 women!! Like evey girl that coming I keep smiling from ear to ear 💗💗💗
