Normally when you have a load shift enough to upset a truck, it's due to one thing....driver error. But....after you open the doors and you see how this particular can was loaded.....stacked & not staggered....& on a slick floor too.....it makes you wonder. Why can't (or won't) they do a better job of loading the containers? A lot of time & money wasted here when a little extra time loading could have made a HUGE difference. Thankfully Pepe's is here to save the day.....Great job guys!
Dave & Josh - It was great to hear how you two interacted with Rudy. For someone who probably doesn't get to be part of these recoveries all the time (my assumption of Rudy's involvement), it sure makes a guy want to not only do well be also be excited to be part of the team. Great job gents!
Wow…! Two Sweet Rides in One Sweet show…! Can’t get any better than that…! Excellent Team - Josh, Dave, Rudy & Carlos bringing us nothing but precision and accuracy at their finest…! Awesome & Great Job Guys…!
Another great job by Big Flipper and the Hulk, could have been completely different story if the Fire hydrant got hit by something more substantial than a soft part of the cab. Always amazes me that something this big can flip over. On to next one.
my dad stopped with one of those containers on two wheels. they popped the seal and found a giant lead plate that was going to a hospital x-ray room, loaded at an angle. He was on the news for how lucky the odds were. truck parked on on one row of wheels.. perfectly balanced incorrectly loaded. good job uprighting, always an adventure watching
Josh , Dave , Rudy & the rest of the crew, great job gentlemen When I owned a truck with my best friend many moons ago, the railroad pigs were quite like this. Sloppy loading like this,or packed to the 'gills' meaning OVERLOADED with the seal attached. First thing I learned in metal shop in high school 'SAFETY FIRST' and you guys have it! Thoughts from an elder heading toward 71 on the speedometer.
You have any other videos/ views of that new 1150? Thing looks sweet!! Would love to see more of it too. Another nicely done job by the Pepe’s team Josh!!!
There should be laws on having a secured load, and how they have to be secured ! Thank god there was no one next to it when it rolled. Great job guys !
The black and red rotator is beautiful machine, anyway awesome teamwork and another nice recovery, I hope the driver is okay and the truck is repairable
I have to say you guys did one hell of a job compared to some of these other towing companies out there. I'll give you a 10 out of 10 keep up the great work looking forward to some more videos
1:17 Was that directed at me? 🤣 The only reason I inquired about it before is because I'm lazy and would much rather do it while I'm standing up rather than laying on my back. 😉
I feel sorry for those harbor drivers. They hook up to a container not knowing what’s in the container or how it’s loaded and can’t check it because it was sealed at origin.
Bro I’m a Carpenter in NYC, but these rotators are awesome . I know they are very expensive, looked up some Miller Rotators 😩expensive. But sweet. Might work my way up to this once I retire. Because it’s a freaking crane 🏗 on wheels. How dope is that. The police will be your friends too and prob always take care of your tickets haha 😂
Well done, gentlemen!!! I will never understand why people don’t secure loads. I wonder if the folks who loaded this trailer will tie down the next load?
To the trucking company (insurance company), good luck on your claim. Unfortunately the shipper, broker or the SSL is unlikely to accept responsibility. In many cases their liability is grossly limited. Likely that this is not the first or the last time that these horrendous loading practices by this origin have directly led or contributed to an accident. International Maritime Organization is very clear in their rules about securing cargo in containers. Hopefully this video really helps the case.
False. We recently purchased a 50ton wrecker. The black and red rotator is Dave's truck we've had for almost 2 years. It's been in a ton of my previous videos
I take it as read you have some beautiful trucks , so what do we call the rotator with the flame paintjob?. might I just add at this point another truck Id love to own inc Hulk and Big flipper
The wrap on the new 50ton is SWEET!!!!🔥 Would the shop allow you next time to video them wrapping the next one? We load Sea Containers were I work on occasion and they're usually tight side-side, do you think laying skids on the floor next to these stacks would've prevented them sliding enough? Or would the load need to be supported up/down/left and right in your opinion?
Is it just me or does everyone notice , How many roll~overs on both and or tractor and trailers have super single tires , Another controlled up~right well displayed , KUDOS ,Stay Safe & All The Be$t ☆☆☆☆¿
This nut really grinds my gears! 22:37 Everytime I see this nut I think, that should be a wing nut. @Pepe'sTowingService: Ask Mandilón MacGyver in the shop to cut a same size nut in half, tack weld it to the shoulder bolt nut, put the retaining pin on a keyring, drill a hole in one on the newly fabbed nut wings and attach with a Aircraft Cable Key Ring. Now you have a wing "gloves on, drop resistant, no lost pin" nut. P.s. if B/A Products comes out with this later they better show me the money! lol
Ever thought about carrying finale bags so you lock half the load and counter lean the other half? Or maybe big inflatable air bags that would slide the load back over, if the wall would take it.
We have high pressure matts in each rotator. On a job like this, it would take much longer to get a bag behind each individual pallet, then inflate it to move it. Counter leaning is also hard on the equipment In some scenarios it works well but on others it's best to use a Landoll because the low center of gravity and not knowing how much damage the chassis took during the flip.
Have been watching your TH-cam channel for about 5 months now and have a question. Are most of the role over of container trucks due to poor driving of novice drivers or is it because of load shift by improper loading of the truck at the point of organize . T he last few videos it seams the containers have been particularly filled and that is the factor in the role over. I really enjoy your videos. Its nice to see a family business doing well.
I've seen these owner/operators drive. Paid by the load and drive like it! ALL loads shift when you flip one, lol ! Besides, what other excuse you can come up with. (Driver looked very young and probably inexperienced).
If it's not a dumb question, given you were going to have to off load the container from the Landoll, why remove the container shackles only to have to fit them again?
Those trucks are absolutely awesome. It is interesting seeing what they can do, but only because the drivers know what they are doing.
Without a doubt, Tocayo, you do super coordinated jobs...

I just have to say that these guys are serious professionals, safe, efficient, & quick.
Why thank you 😎😎

30:58 that’s an awesome job of backing by Rudy!

Sir Josh /Dave /Rudy & Rest of ALL Crews !! Another outstanding job as usual ,, Have a good week & Thanks !!!! ""KEEP IT SAFE ""!!!
Thank you!
Nice work as always 😊
Masterpiece of backing by Rudy. You are blessed with great truck drivers.
I was born and raised in South El Monte so watching you is like going home again ! Thank You !
you guys are like the SEAL team 6 operators of towing & recovery, the best of the best ....fast is smooth, smooth is fast !! great job as always guys
Very good job by the wrecker drivers. As a retired safety director I’ve seen it all these guys did one hell of a job

I watch your videos all the time by the way I’m Fred from Toronto Canada Pepe’s towing is the best
Those guys are a great team.
Another great video!! Rudy has some MAD backing skills!!! That was impressive!! Good job by all!!
I didn't think he'd do that in one shot. He proved me wrong haha
@@PepesTowingService He proved us all wrong!! I didn't think he'd one shot that either!!
I like that black truck with flames on it. I never seen it
That's Dave's rotator. It's in quite a few of my other videos
I was about the same thing about the black truck
@@PepesTowingService I thought Dave drove big flipper.
He does. As do I, as does my dad. We all use it depending on the job. But this is his assigned truck.
@@PepesTowingService that is a BEAUTIFUL truck
That was a great recovery and shows Pepe’s has the best operators. Be safe!
There should be laws on having a secured load, and how they have to be secured ! Thank god there was no one next to it when it rolled. Great job guys !
There ARE laws. Numbnuts was going too fast while entering the highway....gravity.
Job well done fellas
I have never seen the black and red rig before beautiful as the rest of the trucks
That was another fast and excellent job guys! I'm really impressed by how fast you guys work.
Lk
It's no wonder they tip them over with nothing holding them in place in the container! Good job Guys!
Yup, this came loaded like that unfortunately from over seas
The black and red rotator is beautiful machine, anyway awesome teamwork and another nice recovery, I hope the driver is okay and the truck is repairable
As smooth as always and the truck with the flames is one sweet looking truck
Amazing how you guys can wheel and deal your rigs. Another great video and good comaraderie
Thanks!
Wow what a shock. A container trailer on its side!
You guys need to wrap that white truck, maybe King Kong , would be fitting . the black one with the flames is dope too but the HULK is fire 🔥 as well
I have to say you guys did one hell of a job compared to some of these other towing companies out there. I'll give you a 10 out of 10 keep up the great work looking forward to some more videos
Longer job, but it's all by the hour--let the clock run. Those trucks don't run by magic....
Josh, you definitely have this kind of recovery nailed down
Xxx
1:17 Was that directed at me? 🤣 The only reason I inquired about it before is because I'm lazy and would much rather do it while I'm standing up rather than laying on my back. 😉
That was an impressive recovery....Well done
Josh ..
Your company has some of the cleanest looking trucks
Another Outstanding Job by your crew !!
Sweet job, another example of know how and team work.
I feel sorry for those harbor drivers. They hook up to a container not knowing what’s in the container or how it’s loaded and can’t check it because it was sealed at origin.
I don't think the driver is resposible for tipping it over. The idiots who loaded this container are complete nuts.
Speed may have played a part.
Whoa! Dave got a nice truck! Looks like Hulk got a twin sista! 😁
Great job was done by all
Good Stuff PEPE Precision coordination Skills
As long as they keep loading them and driving them like that you'll have a steady income. Nice work.
I'm not complaining 😂
Agreed, as long as nobody is passing the truck and container when it fails over
Now that is real backing up
One good thing (maybe the ONLY one) about a situation like that. It's a whole lot easier to drop the driveshaft when you're standing up! ;-)
Good afternoon from Southeast South Dakota
Been bizzy up in this part of the country. All in all good job boy's. And as always be safe...
I'd like to see a video about that black Pete rotator with the flame's

@22:50 what was that ? smiles
(never heard that word used on this channel before, made me grin)
Hi Josh you are the best buddy keep up the good work
Seen Hulk and Big Flipper before but never that black truck.
New rig, he had it done his Instagram story couple weeks ago
That’s the hot Cheeto truck
False. We recently purchased a 50ton wrecker. The black and red rotator is Dave's truck we've had for almost 2 years. It's been in a ton of my previous videos
Good job again guys. You need to do a walk around on the flame rotator.
Cool how the wire rope on the heavy side was almost straight up&down, while the inside line was at an angle.
I take it as read you have some beautiful trucks , so what do we call the rotator with the flame paintjob?. might I just add at this point another truck Id love to own inc Hulk and Big flipper

14:14 If Rudy was on Star Trek he would be wearing a Red Jersey.
Incredible how gently you set that down considering you had 3 trucks/5 lines on that lift!
Each truck has its purpose. Knowing how much force just one line was pulling, imagine doing this with just one truck?
Also, we technically had 10 lines on it. 4 per rotator and two for the front.
@@PepesTowingService i missed the double from each rotator. You and Dave work well together. Has he been with you a long time?
@@PepesTowingService you could hear your tone of voice change when you maxed out your rigging!!

Who’s is the black P rotator? Is it yours Pepe? Looks a stunning truck
Good job guys #1

Hit the curved a bit to quick. You Think ! Good Job Men
What kind of shoes are you all wearing??
I've seen these owner/operators drive. Paid by the load and drive like it! ALL loads shift when you flip one, lol ! Besides, what other excuse you can come up with. (Driver looked very young and probably inexperienced).
Hat’s off to Rudy, I wouldn’t have wanted to move that load ten feet and I drove truck over forty-five years.
Do you guys ever run into Plaza Towing in Cali? They have a TH-cam channel too .
O my god wow 😮
I am interested how and why happens those rollovers of rigs? It seems to happen a lot in there.
Woah idk if you noticed but container isn’t locked into chassis in front right lock
What actually was the load?
That's not the first time we've seen pallets of that flat white stuff in one of these uprighted containers.
Beautifully
Josh great video, is that a new truck or has not been shown in a while. Thanks for sharing. Kevin
Did you add any dunnage to the right of the pallets after the container was on the Landoll? I would have been concerned the load might shift AGAIN.
Great job! When are you going to start a container loading school> Good luck Josh. 👍
Is that a solar panel on the truck? 22:34 If so what are you using it for? To maintain batteries? Thanks!
I guess it's also for powering the fridge and the shower
Is that super polished door on your truck functioning as a full length mirror to make sure you still look stylish on the side of the road?
If it's not a dumb question, given you were going to have to off load the container from the Landoll, why remove the container shackles only to have to fit them again?
Not a dumb question, and exactly what I told myself once in tow 😂😂😂 force of habit I guess haha
Never seen the black tow truck can you show a video on that truck
Hope to do heavy recovery one day. Stay safe out there.
Is that all money paper?
You guys know how to do but why do they fall over on flat ground 😊
I hope you put pallets in container so your ecentric load dosent flip Your Landall.
If it was loaded well in the first place, none of this would have happened. However- Nice Job by Pepe's to recover the situation
Just out of curiosity- whats a ball park figure of this magnitude cost the trucking company?
Is that Dave's new truck? Or is it a new paint job?
I want to know that
I never seen it before
It's actually in a ton of my other videos. It's Dave's rotator, we've had it for almost 2 years now
I was wondering if maybe Flipper got a new suit too, until I saw the underlift
@@PepesTowingService I did not recognize it thanks to the awesome new paintjob.
It's not new tho lol, we got it that way. That exact truck is in quite a few of my other videos. Just doesn't come out as often as big flipper or hulk
